Hopefully today will be as productive of a day of work as yesterday. I only work part-time in the summer currently, but it’s still nice to be efficient. It allows me more time to focus on writing – and riding. I didn’t ride yesterday, but perhaps another day this week as long as it doesn’t rain. Sunday was a nice day to ride, and the timing worked out perfectly. I got off just as it began to rain.
My garden certainly benefits from the rain – I will have squash ready to pick in the near future. I need to add some stakes to lift the squash plants off of the ground so that the squash doesn’t touch the soil. I will have some ready to pick soon! I’m super excited…
